Miley Mania was unleashed in New York City today as hordes of fans camped out overnight and waited in the rain to see Miley Cyrus perform during the "Today" show's summer concert series, and we caught up with the teen sensation after her performance!

Miley had to dash from her "Today" show performance to another exciting appointment – the launch of her new cross country fund raiser, "Bolt Across America" and she talks to ET all about it!

Bolt Across America will feature four fans who will travel the country in a giant human-sized hamster ball, attempting amazing feats to raise money for the ASPCA (American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty for Animals).

The charity ties in to Miley's upcoming animated movie, 'Bolt,' in which she voices animal-lover Penny, the owner of a super-dog named Bolt (voiced by John Travolta). 'Bolt' is set to hit theaters on November 26, 2008.
