ET confirms that paparazzi favorite and up-and-coming actress Rumer Willis will be heading to the upcoming Golden Globe Awards as Miss Golden Globe. ET also confirms that Steven Spielberg will be the recipient of the prestigious Cecil B. DeMille Award. Both stars were given these honors for the 65th Annual Golden Globes, but due to the writers strike the traditional ceremony was cancelled. The 66th Annual Golden Globes takes place on January 11, 2009.  |
