Britney Spears will remain under the co-conservatorship of her father Jamie, ET has learned.

This morning, a Los Angeles judge extended Jamie's control with attorney Andrew Wallet over his daughter's finances and personal affairs until December 31, 2008. Britney's attorney said on record, "Miss Spears was reluctant to agree to the extension of her conservatorship."

Next up in this case: There will be a status conference on October 28th.
