Yet another major star will appear in the new season of ABC's "Eli Stone" this fall.

ET confirms Sigourney Weaver will guest star on the series, which will also include a guest appearance by Katie Holmes. Sigourney, a three-time Oscar nominee, will play a therapist on the show, which unravels the colorful mental visions of top lawyer Eli Stone, played by Jonny Lee Miller.

The ABC sophomore series returns for its second season October 14 at 10 p.m.

Weaver most recently appeared in 'Baby Mama' and voiced Ship's Computer on 'Wall-E' this summer.
