Lauren Conrad, Audrina Patridge, Heidi Montag and Whitney Port are back for more Hollywood drama when "The Hills" returns to MTV at 10 p.m. tonight, and ET has a sneak peek!

"There are a couple of reconciliations on the show -- we left last season off not on best terms with everyone; things have gotten better since, but they got worse before they got better," Lauren tells ET.

As for Justin Bobby, she says, "I think he is always just going to be there. There are a couple of new guys. You are also going to see a bit of Whitney's romantic life."

Life in L.A. only gets more complicated in the fourth season as friendships, relationships and loyalties are tested like never before and Lauren, Audrina, Heidi and Whitney are forced to make big decisions that will set the course for the rest of their lives.
