ET has confirmed that LeRoi Moore, the saxophone player for Dave Matthews Band, has died. He was 46.

Moore died "unexpectedly" Tuesday afternoon at Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center in Los Angeles "from sudden complications stemming from his June ATV accident on his farm near Charlottesville, Va," his rep tells us.

Moore was in Los Angeles for a physical rehabilitation program to heal his injuries.
