Isaiah Washington opens up to our Kevin Frazier about his new project -- giving back to the people of Sierra Leone.

Washington, who learned of his ancestral ties with the country, has donated funds to help with the construction of wells, cleaning of local water systems and helping improve medical aid.

And now, you can help too! Washington is auctioning off an autographed, framed picture of the "Grey's Anatomy" cast. The framed photo, which is from his personal collection of the show's memorabilia, is being auctioned on Ebay.com.
