ET has the scoop on the first lady-hopeful's primetime fashions. As Michelle Obama steps onto the primetime stage at the DNC, Women's Wear Daily reports that she has decided to stay true to her roots and go with favorite Chicago-based designer, Maria Pinto.
The designer tells WWD that the dress Michelle has chosen to wear tonight is a '50s style, three-quarter-length sleeve, turquoise wool sheath dress.
Michelle has been hot on the campaign trail with many of Pinto's designs. The Windy City designer, who just last month opened up a boutique of her own in Chicago, has designed many of Obama's leading lady's looks including the famous purple sheath dress that she wore the night Sen. Obama launched his campaign for president.
