Caroline's got it! Taking a page from her mother's style guide, Caroline Kennedy Schlossberg dazzled the crowd in a navy blue Carolina Herrera dress at the opening night of the Democratic National Convention Monday night in Denver.

Kennedy Schlossberg has been a long time lover of the Venezuelan designer. She even selected Herrera to design her dress for her 1986 wedding to Edwin Schlossberg, founder and principal of ESI Design.

Sweet Caroline looked oh so marvelous at last night's momentous event --honoring her uncle Ted Kennedy -- in her silk cloque dress with white and scarlet applique. This die-hard Democrat certainly proved that Michelle Obama wasn't the only one making fashion waves at the kickoff of the DNC '08.
