Beyoncé has finally revealed her engagement ring to the world, an 18-carat flawless diamond set in platinum valued at more than $5 million, People magazine reports. 

The 27-year-old R&B singer, who married rapper Jay-Z last April, showed off her spectacular bling for the first time in public on the red carpet of Fashion Rocks, held at New York's Radio City Music Hall Friday night.

The ring was designed by jeweler Lorraine Schwartz, who has also made stunning creations for Jennifer Lopez, Christina Aguilera and Jessica Simpson.

This year's "Fashion Rocks," airing Tuesday, Sept. 9 at 9 p.m. on CBS, will donate its proceeds to Stand Up to Cancer.
