Bill Clinton will make his first-ever appearance on "The View" this Monday, September 22, ET has learned.

The former president will chat with the ladies about the Clinton Global Initiative, a non-partisan outreach program that brings together a community of global leaders to create innovative solutions to some of the world's most pressing challenges like starvation and HIV/AIDS.

His visit is part of the show's new "Red, White & View" campaign, which promotes civic responsibility in the upcoming election.
