John Travolta is currently in France shooting the thriller 'From Paris with Love' with co-star Jonathan Rhys Meyers ('Mission: Impossible III'), Variety reports.

The movie, based on a script by Luc Besson ('The Fifth Element') and Adi Hasak ('Shadow Conspiracy'), centers on an embassy worker who encounters a secret American agent during a risky mission in Paris, the trade magazine says.

The film, with a budget of $55 million, will reportedly be shooting on location in Paris for several more weeks.

Directing is Pierre Morel, whose other credits include 'Taken' and 'Banlieue 13.'
