Bruce Springsteen is ready to rock the Super Bowl!

The Boss and his band have been named as this year's halftime show -- one of the most watched televised events in the nation.

According to the NFL, last year's show drew in more than 148 million viewers.

The Super Bowl will be played February 1 at Raymond James Stadium.
