New mom Jennifer Lopez tells ET she plans to add to her family of four!

"I'd love to have more kids. I don't know when, we'll see, you know, that's the same way my first ones happened! We'll just do it the same way for the second [time around]!"

Jennifer says she loves being a mother to her new twin babies who she says have changed her priorities completely.

ET caught up with Jennifer at the launch party for her new men's fragrance Deseo. Jennifer says her husband Marc Anthony was involved in the fragrance but she is the boss of the project!
