The tune is all about puppy love.
The Jonas Brothers whipped up yet another savory pop confection with their single "Lovebug" -- and now new details are bubbling up about the tune's upcoming music video!
The boys tell MTV News that the "Love Bug" vid will be a "period piece love story inspired by 'The Notebook,'" a 2004 romance film based on Nicholas Sparks' bestselling novel.
"We have a dream of what it can be," Kevin Jonas told MTV. "It's about capturing that idea. We want to make sure it's always right."
And the JoBros reveal more about the origins of their irresistibly catchy tune: Not only was "Love Bug" influenced by the Beatles and the film 'Juno' -- "one of our favorite movies at the time" says Nick -- but the trio penned it while touring with Miley Cyrus!
"We wrote it while on the Christmas break of the 'Hannah Montana' tour. So we were in the hotel room and sat down that night and wrote it in about 15 or 20 minutes," Nick says.
The bros are eyeing an October 15 release date for the music vid, MTV says.
