It's a dance-off! ET's on the set of the Emmy award-winning "Samantha Who?" with Cybill Shepherd and "Dancing with the Stars" professional Mark Ballas, as they get ready to rumba for the second season premiere of the ABC show! The show's stars Christina Applegate and Jean Smart also don their dancing shoes for the fun lovin' episode.

Cybill's on-set dancing at "Samantha Who" has her thinking about another hit show -- all about dancing!

"I would love to do 'Dancing With The Stars,'" Cybill said. "I'm encouraged by this experience to do it."

In the episode, 'The Last Picture Show' star plays Regina's (Jean Smart) longtime arch nemesis, Paula Drake. In an attempt to one-up her enemy, Paula challenges Regina to a dancing duel -- and she accepts! Regina chooses her daughter Samantha (Christina Applegate) to be the second half of her deadly dance duo, and all seems well until she finds out Regina has enlisted the help of a ringer partner (Mark Ballas) to pulverize her competition. These women will stop at nothing to be queen of the dance floor, and that's when the hilarity ensues!
