Eva Longoria Parker is setting the record straight about her baby plans -- and reported weight gain!

In November's Allure, the cover girl tells the mag, "I know I'm not pregnant," once again dispelling rumors that she and hubby Tony Parker are expecting. Amidst other rumors on the other wide of the spectrum, they're not about to split either!

"I know Tony and I aren't breaking up," she tells Allure. "I know we're not cheating."

She does admit she has put on a few extra pounds for her role on "Desperate Housewives," but says "I never went up a size!"

"I just got rounder," she adds. "I'm still a size O."
