ET takes you backstage at "Dancing With The Stars" Tuesday night, moments after celeb contestant Rocco DiSpirito learned he would be taking off his dancing shoes and putting on his chef's hat! Adding to the ballroom drama, Rocco cooks up some heartfelt parting words for his pro dancing partner Karina Smirnoff -- and he drops to one knee in front of Karina and the ET cameras to show his appreciation for her work!

"Karina, for your devotion, your extreme personal sacrifice, your tenacity, your ability to stick with me even though it seems like your pushing a stone uphill -- I am forever in awe of you, and I owe you lots of shoes," the ousted celeb chef tells his partner.
