"Dancing with the Stars" contestant Brooke Burke was taken to the hospital today after injuring her foot, ET confirms.
Burke was performing the jitterbug with partner Derek Hough for camera blocking on Sunday afternoon when she landed hard on her right foot while performing a front flip.
Ice was applied immediately to reduce swelling but Brooke took extra precaution and went to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center this morning for further examination and X-rays. She is severely bruised.
Sources tell ET that Brooke's foot is sore but she will dance tonight!
This is the third injury for this season's "DWTS" competition– Misty May-Treanor ruptured her Achilles tendon forcing her to withdraw from the show and former contestant Jeffrey Ross suffered a corneal abrasion in the first week the program aired.
Eight celebrity dancers remain in the competition, which airs tonight on ABC.
