Did talk-show host Ellen DeGeneres start a dance-off between Barack Obama and his wife, Michelle Obama?

Sort of! In an upcoming episode of "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" taped Tuesday, the comedienne interviews Obama via satellite. Ellen plays the senator a split-screen clip of himself dancing on a previous "Ellen" show next to a clip of Michelle Obama's previous dance on her show. The talk-show queen then asks the Democratic presidential nominee to rate the better dancer!

"Michelle may be a better dancer than me, but I'm convinced that I'm a better dancer than John McCain," Obama playfully tells Ellen. Ellen also urges Obama to use his political cachet to convince pal George Clooney to appear on her show, an aspiration she has dubbed "George Watch '08."
