Angels descended on Wall Street Wednesday night as luminaries like Star Jones, Ashanti and Ivana Trump came out to support the Gabrielle's Angel Foundation for Cancer Research with a gala celebration -- and ET was there!

Songwriter Denise Rich, along with her daughters Daniella Rich Kilstock and Ilona Rich Schachter, hosted The 2008 "Gabrielle's Gala," which featured performances by Gladys Knight and Patti LaBelle.

Gabrielle's Angel Foundation for Cancer Research was founded by Denise in memory of her daughter Gabrielle, who lost her long and valiant struggle with acute myelogenous leukemia (AML) at the young age of 27. The Foundation's mission is to encourage the development of more effective therapies for patients with leukemia, lymphoma and related cancers, including alternative or complementary medicine.

Other celebrity guests invited to the gala event, which featured a silent and ongoing online auction, included The Duchess of York Sarah Ferguson and Alan Cumming.
