On the same day it was announced Lindsay Lohan's "Ugly Betty" stint had been cut short, ET is on the set of the hit ABC show talking to star Vanessa Williams, who reveals the real story behind working with the headline-making actress.

"She was a hard worker, she showed up on time and [in] the scenes I had with her, she was completely prepared," Vanessa tells ET. "She was great with me."
