"The Hills"'s Lauren Conrad will be making a special guest appearance -- as herself! -- on an upcoming episode of ABC Family's college-centric show "Greek," and she's telling ET all about it!

"I am not really an actor, so I said I could probably play myself," the blonde beauty says. "I've done that for a while!"

In the episode, college life proves to be very messy when Casey (Spencer Grammer) is faced with a dilemma about staying with Cal Tech-bound Max (Michael Rady) or taking an internship opportunity in Washington, D.C.  Lauren shows up in a dream sequence and pulls from her own similar experiences with ex-boyfriend, Jason Wahler, to guide Casey in her tough decision.
