ET's Kevin Frazier and Thea Andrews were exclusively on the "NCIS" set uncovering the secrets that make the hit CBS series so popular and getting the scoop on tonight's episode: "Collateral Damage," airing at 8 p.m.
In it, Gibbs (Mark Harmon) second guesses his own judgment when his boss assigns him a rookie to help the NCIS team's investigation of a deadly bank robbery.
"There's a new recruit, a new probie, that is assigned to the team very much against Gibbs' wishes," Mark tells Kevin, "and that also is not what it seems. Then, at the end of the episode, there's a turn that goes in a bit of an unexpected fashion."
