Miley Cyrus will rock the ballroom on "Dancing with the Stars." The "Hannah Montana" star will take a break from production on her hit Disney Channel series and from promoting her new movie, 'Bolt,' to perform "Fly on the Wall," the second single from her No. 1 album, Breakout on the "DWTS" finale on Tuesday, Nov. 25 at 9 p.m. on ABC.
