ET is behind-the-scenes with Rachael Ray as her show prepares for a Texas-style wedding of 33 brides whose initial plans were swept away by a hurricane.

Rachael comes to the rescue of dozens of couples who suffered financial hardships after Hurricane Ike hit the Houston area in September and derailed their dreams of a perfect wedding.

Several of the brides tell ET that Rachael truly saved the day by hosting "the wedding of the year," providing everything including wedding gowns and tuxedos, cake, flowers, decorations, professional photography, and a special live musical performance from Wynonna Judd.
