Despite the fact that Coleen has lost more than 50 pounds and fit into her "goal" T-shirt, she was voted off "The Biggest Loser: Families" Tuesday night … and ET has the latest on how this "loser" is doing!

"Before 'The Biggest Loser,' I was settling for less. I have decided I am never going to settle for less again," Coleen says in a call the morning after her ousting. "This is my life and I am going to make it be wonderful. I have opened my eyes to see I deserve to be truly happy."

Coleen was below the yellow line -- meaning she was eligible to be voted out -- and up against the Blue Team's Vicky on Tuesday night's show. Vicky had numbers on her side as there were four of her team members remaining, but just three of Coleen's. In addition, Coleen says Vicky was a better game player.

"I am not a game player," she shares. "I just wanted to get this weight off. It has been a burden to me my whole life. My goal was to get healthy."

Toward that end, Coleen has hired a personal trainer and joined two gyms in Cleveland, where she lives. One of the gyms is open 24 hours a day, so Coleen can get a cardio workout whenever she feels the need -- or hears trainer Jillian Michaels' voice in her head.

"I am still in touch with Jillian," she says. "She told me since day one that she believed in me. It is a very difficult uphill battle losing weight. I don't know how I could have done it without her."

With "The Biggest Loser" finale just around the corner, Coleen says she will be celebrating the holidays -- but with care.

"My sister, dad and a bunch of friends are getting together and running the Turkey Trot, a race we do here in Cleveland. I am excited about it because it is my dad's first race. When it comes to the food, I am going to be coming later than everyone else, but I am reserving calories for my boyfriend's grandmother's pumpkin pie. It is calories in; calories out. I will burn it off!"

"The Biggest Loser: Familes" airs Tuesday nights on NBC at 8 p.m.
