At her heaviest, Ruby Gettinger weighed 700 pounds. When her doctor told her that she would die in two or three years if she didn't lose weight, she decided to lose weight. Now at 500 pounds and still dropping, Ruby's journey has been full of stress and temptation. Will she ruin it all by cheating?

"I've got to resist temptation," says Ruby. "I've been on the diet...and I've been doing really good. But, lately, I feel myself kind of wanting to cheat!"

The Savannah, GA, resident's efforts to lose weight have been chronicled in nine powerful and heartwarming non-scripted episodes airing Sunday nights on The Style Network, simply titled "Ruby." She hopes to help others realize that they are not alone -- and if she can do it, anyone can.
