ET is the first to obtain the booking sheet for a man accused of stalking actress Kirsten Dunst.

According to the booking sheet, 25-year-old Christopher Smith was arrested on November 20, 2008 on a citizen's arrest. He was taken into custody at 8:30 at night, and booked by the LAPD in Hollywood at 2:44 a.m. on November 21. He was released on $1,000 bond related to a misdemeanor charge. He is scheduled for a court date on December 19.
