Jennifer Aniston speaks about recent rumors speculating that she might be pregnant and reveals why certain things in her life are just beginning!
In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, the star of the new canine comedy 'Marley & Me' said playing a mother in the film was a welcome challenge. ''I feel like that's in my future and I'm on the verge of it in some way -- or it's something I long for. So it was great to sort of dip your toe in it.''
Aniston told EW that she still maintains a sense of humor when it comes to persistent tabloid reports, including a recent one about a dinner date she recently had with singer John Mayer, at which she supposedly abstained from alcohol. The report concluded that no drinking meant the actress must be pregnant.
''Oh, my God, it's hysterical!'' Aniston tells EW, throwing up her hands. ''You can't do anything without it going to some extreme. It's almost going to take away the fun from actually being able to say one day, 'I'm pregnant!' Everyone will be like, 'Yeah, right.' It's the boy who cried wolf. Stop stealing my thunder, motherf---ers!''
Aniston seems to have a standard of what constitutes a private moment than most people. ''The way I gauge it is, are there six cars behind me today or not?''
Despite her busy working schedule with shooting the movie and an appearance on the hit NBC comedy "30 Rock," Aniston, 39, says she's never been happier or felt better: ''I don't know if I'm just a late bloomer, but I feel like everything is just beginning.''
