"Grey's Anatomy" star T.R. Knight is the subject of Internet gossip -- once again.

Earlier today, rumors were posted on the Web that T.R. Knight, who plays George on "Grey's Anatomy, had walked off the hit ABC series and that he hasn't attended table reads since the second episode of the season.

Now ET can report that those rumors are untrue. A spokesperson for "Grey's" told us, "T.R. has never walked off set in the middle of filming. He attended the table read today and will be shooting this week, like any other week of production."

Previously, Knight was involved in a "Grey's" set controversy in 2006, when actor Isaiah Washington publicly apologized and sought counseling after making anti-gay slurs towards Knight, who came out as a gay man shortly after the on-set incident. Washington's contract with the show was later not renewed.
