The well established action star, Harrison Ford, is taking a break from fighting bad guys and saving the world to try his hand in a comedic role!
The 66-year-old actor has signed on to the film 'Morning Glory,' a comedy centered around a morning talk show, the Hollywood Reporter says.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, Harrison will play a news anchor who quits his job because the newscast has become too gossip based and is then recruited to anchor a morning talk show.
The 'Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull' star hasn't acted in a comedy since 1995 when he played Linus Larrabee in 'Sabrina.'
Also catch Harrison in the drama 'Crossing Over,' which hits theaters in February of 2009.
