ET has the details... Miley Cyrus and MTV are teaming up for a big New Year's Eve special. "FNMTV Presents: A Miley-Sized Surprise... New Year's Eve 2009" will feature live performances from Miley, who will surprise one lucky fan by hosting the show from his or her home! The special will air live on MTV on Wednesday, Dec. 31 from 8-9:30 p.m. Eastern, with an encore presentation at 10:30 p.m. Eastern, featuring a live countdown from Times Square.  Recent Headlines
