Kanye West says if you hear he's at a New Year's Eve party "doooon't youuuu belieeeeve it!"

In his recent blog, the hip hop artist says he is staying home this New Year's Eve for the first time in five years. "We did 98 shows this past year!!! I just want to chill, hoop and watch some movies," Kanye writes.

Kanye ends the blog by commenting on his punctuation. "Oh, and exclamation points are fun!"
