Two of the hottest producers in reality TV -- Ashton Kutcher and Tyra Banks -- are the brains behind a new beauty show that will premiere this month on ABC.

"True Beauty" is not searching for the next top model, but rather someone with inner beauty. The contestants think they are being judged on their outer beauty, but hidden cameras will observe them and the judges will decide who is the real "True Beauty." It's like "America's Next Top Model" meets "Punk'd."

Vanessa Minnillo will host the show, and she will also be a judge, along with supermodel Cheryl Tiegs and fashion icon and stylist Nolé Marin.

"The 10 contestants have no idea we are testing their inner beauty, so that's the twist that's really going to make America fall in love with this show," Vanessa says.

The winner of this competition which is trying to prove that beauty is more than skin deep will receive $100,000 cash and be featured in People magazine's 100 Most Beautiful People issue.

"True Beauty" premieres Monday, January 5 at 10 p.m. on ABC.
