ET is reaching out to those who are comforting John Travolta and Kelly Preston as they grieve the loss of their son Jett.

A longtime friend who is staying at the Old Bahama Bay Resort with John and Kelly, Ronnie Zupancic, spoke to ET about Jett and the role John played in his life: "Jett had a wonderful life. John and Kelly would have done anything for him, absolutely anything, medically, non-medically, herbal, vitamins, medicine, whatever was possible to help their child, they would have done. They explored all those avenues," according to Zupancic.

"I will tell you this, on a personal note, I have two children. If I could be ten percent the father John is to his children, my kids would be getting a fair shake. They would be doing quite well if I could give them ten percent of what he was able to do for his children," he added.

Jett died following an apparent seizure while vacationing with his family Friday. An autopsy is scheduled for Monday in the Bahamas.
