The death certificate of Jett Travolta, the 16-year-old son of John Travolta and Kelly Preston, has revealed the cause of his death.

According to Glen Campbell, assistant director of the Bahamian funeral home handling Jett's remains, the teenager's cause of death was from a seizure.

The official says the body is in "great condition" with no signs of head trauma, though police officials say Jett may have hit his head on a bathtub.

Doctors conducted the autopsy Monday. Campbell says the death certificate was based on the autopsy findings. Check back here for developing details.
