ET is first to confirm with reps for John Travolta that the actor has left the Bahamas, where his 16-year-old son Jett died tragically last week during a family vacation.

John, his wife Kelly Preston and their eight-year-old daughter Ella Bleu flew to Florida after receiving an urn with Jett's ashes Monday night and leaving the island chain, a source tells ET.

Keith McSweeney, a funeral director in the Bahamas, announced on Monday that the cause of death for Jett Travolta was "a seizure disorder." Jett had a history of seizures and was found unconscious Friday in a bathroom.

No funeral plans have been announced.
