Superstar couple Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes put on their best duds and smiled wide as they walked the red carpet for the German premiere of Cruise's new film 'Valkyrie.'

Cruise snuggled up close to his wife, signed autographs and posed for pics with his adoring fans while celebrating his film in Berlin.

In 'Valkyrie,' Cruise plays Col. Claus Graf von Stauffenberg, who helped hatch a plot to assassinate Adolf Hitler at the height of World War II in order seize power and put an end to the bloodshed.

'Valkyrie' is currently playing in theaters across the U.S.
