ET has the details...
ET has exclusively obtained divorce papers chronicling the end of octuplet mom Nadya Suleman's marriage.
According to the papers, Suleman's ex-husband Marcos Gutierrez filed for divorce in May of 2006, citing irreconcilable differences. In the docs, Gutierrez requests that he not have to pay spousal support. The papers say the couple have no children together.
Suleman and Gutierrez married in 1996, separated in 2000, and their divorce was finalized last year, according to the papers.
Suleman gave birth to six children from in vitro fertilization by the time her marriage ended, but the children are not Gutierrez's, says the Associated Press.
All 14 of Suleman's kids -- including her eight new bundles of joy, delivered on Jan. 26 -- were conceived from in-vitro fertilization using the same donor, Suleman tells NBC News' Ann Curry, in an interview airing on Monday's "Today" show.
