Rihanna's rep gives ET a statement on the pop star's condition after her absence from the Grammy Awards.

"Rihanna is well. Thank you for concern and support," the spokesperson tells ET.

ET confirmed yesterday that Rihanna would not be performing at the Grammys after sources say she sustained a bruised face in what was called a car accident.

Coincidentally, Rihanna's rumored boyfriend Chris Brown is under investigation for allegedly making "criminal threats" to a woman whom he'd been riding in a car with that sustained what police call "visible injuries."

While some reports claim the woman was Rihanna, police have yet to identify the accuser.
