ET has confirmed that former "Hour Magazine" and "The Home Show" host Gary Collins has been formerly charged with DUI, stemming from a January 31 arrest for erratic driving of a motor home.

Collins, 70, was allegedly driving in Carpinteria, Calif., with a blood alcohol level of .29 -- more than three times the legal limit.

If convicted, this would be the host/actor's third offense and could likely result in a minimum 120 days of jail time.

Collins served four days in Glendale, Calif., for his second conviction back in January 2008.

The host/actor is expected back in court for his arraignment on March 2.
