It is the episode that fans of "The Bachelor" wait for every season: the women who have been sent home get their chance to rag on "The Bachelor."
Interestingly enough, though, this season the women -- including including Erika, Jillian, Megan, Naomi, Natalie, Nikki, Shannon and Stephanie -- were more interested in dishing the dirt on each other than they were on Jason Mesnick.
So when he tells ET -- "I came into this and I was honest with everybody. I was truthful with everybody and I built a friendship at least with all these girls here. And I was going into tonight really excited to see everybody" -- he most likely is telling the truth.
Even Jillian, who was sent home after making it to the final three and an exotic date in New Zealand, really didn't have anything bad to say about the man who won her heart -- and then broke it.
"When I saw him, I got mixed emotions," she says. "It was like I wanted to give him a hug and be like, 'How are you? I'm so happy you're engaged.' And the other part of me wanted to be like, 'You missed out on me.' It's just a very emotional experience to get that far and to bring somebody home to your family. It was a little bit emotional, but I was happy to see him."
That said, the women didn't spare the barbs for each other: Megan is confronted for being abrasive and for her "potty mouth," while the women also elaborate on all the drama and gossiping that ensued following Natalie's departure from the show after her one-on-one date with Jason in Las Vegas.
The one woman who remains unscathed at the end of the night is Stephanie, who would have won the Miss Congeniality Award if there had been one!
"I was so excited to come, she tells ET, "I looked at it as a chance to reunite. Jason and I are more friends. I was, 'Jason, if you have a good friend you want to hook me up with, then do that.' I sincerely wish him happiness, because anybody who has been through pain, whether it is divorce, death, heartache, or somebody cheating on you, pain is pain. I think we have both experienced that and share that on a level. Also, being single parents, we wish each other the best."
Viewers will also get to catch up with former "Bachelorette" stars, including Trista and Ryan Sutter, who are expecting their second child in April. Also, Charlie O'Connell returns with Sarah Brice, who received his final rose on the show in 2005, and they reveal that their on-and-off relationship is on again.
"The Bachelor: The Women Tell All" airs tonight at 8 p.m. on ABC.
