ET's Mark Steines was first on the set of "Two and a Half Men" after the birth of Charlie Sheen's twin boys to get the scoop on what life is like with two newborns.

"It's pretty amazing. Not a whole lot of sleep, but what parent does at this stage? There's adrenaline, excitement, fear," Charlie tells Mark about Bob and Max, who were born last weekend.

Charlie says that the boys are fraternal twins, but even so, he admits to having trouble telling them apart. "I can't tell! They're not identical, but at this stage they're similar enough."

With names like Bob and Max, it is obvious that Charlie is not part of the celebrity contingent that believes in non-traditional names. He tells Mark, '"They're very short and simple, easy to spell and remember. Bob is the same frontward and backward. I'm a fan of a short and simple name. Max was literally Nick until about a minute before he came out."

The "Two and a Half Men" star has two daughters, Lola and Sam, from his marriage to "Dancing with the Stars" competitor Denise Richards. He says the girls are thrilled to have baby brothers, but they're "insisting that they're named Bob and Duke."

During his visit, Mark presented Charlie with a basket of baby gifts from Jannuzzi, which describes its products as "edgy and fun styles for boys and girls."
