Actress Diane Keaton is selling her latest restored property in Beverly Hills.
The 7,000-square-foot Spanish Colonial-style home is listed at $11.9 million, according to the Los Angeles Times.
There are seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms and a separate guest suite. The property also features a pool, an inner courtyard with a fountain and a yard lined with olive trees.
The Oscar-winning actress is known for buying and refurbishing homes and is a member of America's National Trust for Historic Perservation.
