ET's Mary Hart sits down with Hugh Jackman to find out what it was like filming the blockbuster sci-fi thriller 'X-Men Origins: Wolverine' and to get his secrets for getting in shape for the physically demanding role.

Hugh also speaks about his family life and how his young son is now noticing girls and using his father's stardom to get attention. He also tells us about his rigorous workout regimen for 'Wolverine,' which required him to get up in the middle of the night to eat egg whites and protein shakes as he put on about 15 pounds of muscle for the role.

Hugh, a devoted family man, also jokes about being named People magazine's Sexiest Man Alive, saying the title still doesn't get him out of taking out the trash at home.
