Marissa Jaret Winokur has parlayed her season on "Dancing with the Stars" into a hosting gig on "Dance Your Ass Off," but she is still watching the hit ABC show. Now, she critiques this season's remaining contestants for ET.

"I think the final four will be Lil' Kim, Melissa [Rycroft], Gilles [Marini] and Shawn [Johnson]," she tells ET. "Tony [Dovolani] was my partner, so Tony and Melissa are really good, but Lil' Kim is my favorite after those two. I just like the way she dances. I like her whole story: Watching the show in jail, come on! It doesn't get any better than that."

Tony and Marissa reunited when the "Dancing" pro visited her on the set of "Dance Your Ass Off."

"He said, 'I hope this show goes forever.' He was really supportive," explains Marissa , who has gained 20 pounds since leaving "DWTS," but has started a new weight-loss kick.

"I am back to egg whites, salads and chicken and I am counting calories," she says. "I am trying to do organic."

Marissa also plans to get back to the dancing diet. She asked Tony if he would take her back into the studio and he agreed.

"He said he will take me dancing for the next six weeks while he is in town, she says."

"Dance Your Ass Off" will premiere on June 29 at 10 p.m. on Oxygen.
