Angela Lansbury on Good Friend Bea Arthur's Passing
Angela Lansbury opened up to ET Monday night in New York about the passing of her good friend Bea Arthur. Lansbury, whose hit, "Murder, She Wrote," debuted only a year before Arthur's "Golden Girls," told ET that Arthur was part of a bygone era of television. ET spoke with Lansbury at the Point Foundation Honors, which celebrate current and future champions of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) community.
