ET continues their coverage of 'Angels & Demons' on the red carpet of the world premiere in Rome, Italy! Watch as two of the premiere's attendees surprise the star of the film, Tom Hanks.

The renowned actor was caught off guard when he recognized a woman on the red carpet that he had escorted into the Roman Pantheon on her wedding day. He was filming some scenes for 'Angels & Demons' at the same location.

"Two things were required," Tom recalls of that day he walked the bride to her wedding. "We needed to get our shot and she needed to get to the altar."

The woman, now expecting a child, was escorted by her husband at the premiere. "Not only did she get to the altar, I'd say the end result is speaking to itself," Tom said of seeing the couple again.
