Gilles Marini tells ET that he and his adorable little girl will both undergo surgery soon, and they're even planning to share a hospital room.

The actor, who scored two perfect 30s earlier this week on "Dancing with the Stars," is suffering from a separated shoulder and will undergo surgery soon to repair it.

"My daughter needs a little surgery too," Gilles discloses of daughter Juliana, going on to say, "So we're going to have one room. We're having surgery the same day -- that way we can actually stay together."

"We're getting closer to the surgery and I'm getting a little bit antsy, I'm like, 'Ok, what's going to happen,'" he says, but he also stresses that he has no intention of giving up on next week's "Dancing" finale, despite the pain: "I'm not gonna back up and say, 'Oh, I can't dance because of that.' Hell no!"

Gilles tells ET that three weeks after his surgery, he hopes his shoulder will "feel like new."
